Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- Articles in English are accepted for publication. The article must be presented in MS Word format.

Abstract and keywords:
After the title of the article must be presented an abstract in English and keywords.
Requirements for the abstract and keywords:
- The abstract must be at least 1800 characters including spaces.
- The abstract must be no more than 1900 characters including spaces.
- There should be no more than 10 keywords.
- The abstract and keywords must not contain abbreviations that are understandable only within the context of the article.

Each article must be accompanied by an abstract in Ukrainian , which is placed at the end of the article file on separate pages and must contain the following main elements in Ukrainian:
1. UDC (Universal Decimal Classification)
2. Article title
3. Text of the abstract, from 1800 to 1900 characters including spaces, which matches the English abstract at the beginning of the article
4. Lists of keywords (in Ukrainian), which match the keywords in English and do not contain abbreviations understandable only within the context of the article
5. Author information (in Ukrainian and English): position, academic degree, place of work, research interests, contact address, phone number, and e-mail, as well as ORCID, ScopusID, and ResearcherID identifiers (if available) -
Article Formatting:
Page format - A4.
Minimum number of pages – 15 (approximately 60,000 characters including spaces; for reference, this corresponds to about 15 pages of text with a 12 pt font size).
Article language: English
For the typesetting of formulas and special mathematical symbols (including those used directly within the text), the equation editors MathType or Microsoft Equation should be used, with the fonts Symbol and MT Extra
References must be provided in English. References to Ukrainian and other Slavic sources should be transliterated into Latin characters in accordance with international standards (for example, the Library of Congress Romanization system). Authors must verify that the English-language reference list does not contain any Cyrillic characters. If necessary, an English translation of the title may be provided in square brackets after the transliterated title.
The reference list is prepared using the LaTeX template and submitted as a separate file together with the article. The template for formatting the reference list is available at the following link: LaTeX Template for References
The editorial board of the ICIS journal has chosen the IEEE style for the formatting of scientific articles.

Use of Artificial Intelligence in Manuscript Preparation
The journal’s policy regarding the use of modern artificial intelligence (AI) tools during manuscript preparation is based on the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and international best practices for scholarly publishing, as detailed in the section of the website Artificial Intelligence Use Policy
The use of generative AI must be transparently declared by the authors.
AI Use Declaration
If AI was used during the preparation of the manuscript, authors must include a separate declaration in the manuscript.
Placement of the declaration:
The declaration should be placed at the end of the article, before the reference list, in the Acknowledgements section.

Declaration on the use of Artificial Intelligence
The authors used the generative AI tool [tool name, version] during the preparation of this manuscript for [description of use: language editing, data processing, code generation, etc.].
All AI-generated content was carefully reviewed and edited by the authors. The authors take full responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, and originality of the article.

Acknowledgements
Declaration on the use of Artificial Intelligence
The authors declare that no generative AI or AI-assisted technologies were used in the preparation of this manuscript.
Use of AI for Research or Analytical Tasks
Yes, if artificial intelligence (AI) was used for research or analytical tasks, and not only for text editing, in addition to the declaration, it should be described in the “Materials and Methods” section of the manuscript. In this case, it is necessary to specify:
- the name of the AI tool or model;
- the version or platform;
- the specific tasks for which it was used;
- the parameters or approach applied (if they influence the results). -
The Author confirms:
- that the submitted work has not been previously published (except in the form of an abstract, part of a published lecture, review, or dissertation);
- that it is not under consideration for publication in other journals;
- that it has been approved for publication by all co-authors;
- that it has been approved for publication by the institution or responsible organization where it was conducted.
The Author guarantees that his/her article is original, and he/she is authorized by co-authors to make such a transfer.
Copyright of manuscripts is retained by the authors, after which the authors of the publication retain the right to reuse their articles in their future printed works without prior permission from the journal publisher and to submit their own published articles. - The article is free from plagiarism.
Privacy Statement
The names and e-mail addresses provided by users of the site of this journal will be used exclusively for the performance of internal technical tasks of this journal; they will not be distributed and passed on to third parties.
